We only accept, Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash! Card on file is used for cancellation policy purposes only. ALL Appointments MUST be booked via this website. We do not book over the phone or text. CANCELLATION FEE: No Call, No shows will be charged 100 % of the services booked. Appointments canceled within 24hrs of the reservation will be charged 50% of services booked. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the services booked. 24 hour notice is required to prevent last minute cancellation fees. LATE POLICY: if you are aware in advance you will be late please let us know ASAP. After 10 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled to accommodate all appointments. There is a 50% service fee. This policy can be changed at any point by Dominique. ON YOUR CYCLE? For the comfort of the wax we do not recommend waxing while on your cycle. If you’d like to be waxed anyway you must have a fresh properly inserted tampon in to receive service. NOT FEELING WELL? Please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hrs of the reservation are charged 50% of service(s). If we are forced to cancel your reservation due to arriving after the ten minute grace period the charge is 50% of the service(s). No call no shows are charged 100% of the services booked.
